after perusal of the aforementioned draft regulation,
after perusal of Royal Order 63312 dated 6 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1440 [9 July 2019],
after perusal of Bureau of Experts of the Council of Ministers Memorandums 719 dated 7 Jumada Al-Awwal 1442 [22 December 2020], 37 dated 4 Muharram 1443 [13 August 2021], 1859 dated 17 Sha’ban 1443 [21 March 2022], and 95 dated 9 Muharram 1444 [7 August 2022],
after perusal of the Council of Political and Security Affairs Minutes MST/67-42/12 dated 5 Dhu Al-Hijja 1442 [15 July 2021],
after perusal of Shura Council Decisions 91/17 dated 17 Jumada Al-Awwal 1443 [22 December 2021], and 241/39 dated 14 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1443 [14 June 2022],
and after perusal of the General Committee of the Council of Ministers Recommendation 557 dated 17 Muharram 1444 [15 August 2022],
hereby decides
First
The Regulation for Reconciliation Committees in the Emirates of the Regions, in the form attached, is hereby approved.
Second
The Ministry of Interior shall review the outcome of implementing the regulation—referred to in clause First of this decision—within five years of the issuance of this decision, and report on that in accordance with the established procedures.
