after perusal of Royal Court File 9321 dated 13 Safar 1443 [20 September 2021], and File 12619 dated 27 Safar 1443 [4 October 2021], which includes the Ministry of Energy Telegram 01-941-1443 dated 7 Safar 1443 [14 September 2021], regarding the request of the ministry to join the Global Methane Pledge Initiative,
after perusal of Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers Memo 739 dated 2 Rabi Al-Thani 1443 [7 November 2021],
after perusal of Council of Economic and Development Affairs Minutes 89/43/M dated 14 Safar 1443 [21 September 2021],
and after perusal of the General Committee of the Council of Ministers Recommendation 3376 dated 20 Rabi Al-Thani 1443 [25 November 2021],
hereby decides
The accession of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia—represented by the Ministry of Energy—to the Global Methane Pledge Initiative is hereby approved.
