after perusal of Royal Court File 18085 dated 21 Rabi Al-Awwal 1443 [27 October 2021], which includes the Minister of Environment, Water, and Agriculture Telegram 638696/300/1442 dated 28 Dhu Al-Hijja 1442 [7 August 2021], regarding the request of the minister to extend the period mentioned in clause Second(3) of Royal Decree D/165 dated 19 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1441 [10 July 2020],
after perusal of Royal Decree D/165 dated 19 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1441 [10 July 2020],
after perusal of the Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers Memo 425 dated 21 Safar 1443 [28 September 2021],
after perusal of the Council of Economic and Development Affairs Minutes (142/43/M) dated 29 Safar 1443 [7 October 2021],
after considering Shura Council Decision 18/4 dated 19 Rabi Al-Awwal 1443 [25 October 2021],
and after perusal of the General Committee of the Council of Ministers Recommendation 2868 dated 6 Rabi Al-Thani 1443 [11 November 2021],
hereby decides
The period of nine months mentioned in clause Second(3) of Royal Decree D/165 dated 19 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1441 [10 July 2020] is hereby extended for an additional nine months.
A draft royal decree has been prepared in the form attached.
