The Minister of Justice,
Based on the powers granted to him by law, and in accordance with article 64 of the Enforcement Law, issued by Royal Decree D/237 dated 3 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1447 [20 April 2026], and after coordination with the relevant authorities, and in pursuance of the interest of work,
hereby decides
First
The Executive Regulation of the Enforcement Law is hereby approved, in the form attached.
Second
This decision must be communicated to those who are required to adopt and implement it.
