The Council of Ministers,
after perusal of Royal Court File 54850 dated 9 Rajab 1447 [29 December 2025], which includes Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Horse Racing Club Letter 24 dated 3 Rajab 1447 [23 December 2025], regarding the request of His Royal Highness that the representative of the Horse Racing Club on the Board of Directors of the Equestrian Authority be the “Chief Executive Officer of the Club” instead of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Club,
after perusal of the Statute of the Equestrian Authority issued by Council of Ministers Decision 576 dated 5 Ramadan 1441 [28 April 2020],
after perusal of Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers Memo 3796 dated 12 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1447 [30 April 2026] and Memo 394 dated 7 Safar 1448 [22 July 2026],
after perusal of Council of Economic and Development Affairs Minutes 1863/47/M dated 18 Dhu Al-Hijja 1447 [4 June 2026],
and after perusal of General Committee of the Council of Ministers Recommendation 1770 dated 15 Safar 1448 [29 July 2026],
hereby decides
The phrase “Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Horse Racing Club” in article 4(1) of the Statute of the Equestrian Authority issued by Council of Ministers Decision 576 dated 5 Ramadan 1441 [28 April 2020] is hereby replaced with the phrase “A representative from the Horse Racing Club”.
