after perusal Royal Court File 69612 dated 8 Dhu Al-Qa ‘dah 1443 [8 June 2022], which includes the Public Posecutor Letter 85100 dated 12 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1443 [12 June 2022], regarding the Memorandum of Understanding between the Public Prosecution in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Justice of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria,
after perusal of the aforementioned draft memorandum,
after perusal of Council of Ministers Decision 619 dated 24 Dhu Al-Hijja 1439 [6 August 2018],
after perusal of the Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers Memorandum 2098 dated 16 Ramadan 1443 [18 April 2022],
after considering Shura Council Decision 235/38 dated 2 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1443 [2 June 2022],
and after perusal General Committee of the Council of Ministers Recommendation 10610 dated 27 Dhu Al-Hijja 1443 [27 July 2022],
hereby decides

The Memorandum of Understanding between the Public Prosecution in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Justice of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria signed in the city of Riyadh on 3 Sha’ban 1443, corresponding to 6 March 2022, is hereby approved in the form attached.
A draft royal decree has been prepared in the form attached.
